Decorative two-page title-page printed in red and black on coated paper. Publisher's full black cloth, front and spine stamped in red with red castle ornament. Original illustrated dust jacket. Top edge of text block trimmed and stained red; others untrimmed. Light shelf wear and rubbing to binding; spine ends gently pushed. Mild toning to edges and interior of text block; untrimmed edges a touch darkened. Faint marginal thumbsoiling scattered occasionally throughout text block; previous owner sticker, signature, stamps, and annotation. Minor edge wear and rubbing to jacket, with tiny amount of paper loss at spine and flap fold ends; a handful of tiny tears, mostly along top edge; flaps clipped. Near fine. A Haycraft Queen Cornerstone.
