Publisher's full blue cloth over beveled boards; front and spine stamped in gilt with illustrated paper label pasted down; front lettered in white. Edges untrimmed. Spine slightly skewed; mild shelf wear at extremities of binding; a touch of wear along joints; spine ends gently pushed; some minor rippling along joints; illustrated label at spine beginning to pull up at edges; a few spots of faint soiling at rear board. Normal age toning to edges of text block; top edge a bit dust-soiled; page edges somewhat rumpled. Occasional faint foxing and thumbsoiling scattered throughout. Near fine.

Some light rubbing and rumpling to edges of text block; top edge dust-soiled. Endpapers unevenly toned; faint foxing and thumbsoiling scattered throughout. Near fine.

Minimal shelf wear at extremities of binding; slight wear at joints; a bit of loss to white stamping at spine; mild rubbing to boards with a few spots of discoloration at rear. Normal age toning to edges of text block; some spots of foxing. Previous owner signature and bookseller's stamp at front free endpaper; fair amount of foxing scattered throughout text block; occasional light thumbsoiling.
