Illustrated with frontispiece by [Paul Trumann?]. Publisher's illustrated paper wrappers. Minor edgewear, front wrapper somewhat creased and small repair on verso with cello tape, corners bumped, spine sunned, minor soiling on back wrapper, somewhat rubbed. Ink ownership to front free endpaper recto. Internally generally clean; text block toned, several light pencil notations in text. Very good.

Octavo. 374, 32 (publisher's catalog, dated Sept. 1902) pages. Publisher's pictorial burgundy cloth stamped in orange, black, and pink. Corners just bumped, minor edgewear, head and foot of spine just pushed. Endpapers foxed. Internally generally clean; tail edge untrimmed, other edges trimmed, top edge gilt, moderate foxing. Very good.
