Publisher's smooth black cloth, spine and front board lettered and stamped in yellow; top edge of the text block stained yellow, others untrimmed; plain endpapers; in the original dust jacket, priced $2.00. Spine very slightly leaning; backstrip very faintly dulled; spine ends and corners very lightly worn (one, the bottom of the front board, slightly more so with the board partially exposed); bottom corners very softly bumped; covers just barely soiled. Endpapers discolored in the hinges from binders glue; pastedowns lightly foxed. Dust jacket edges and folds a little worn with some minor chipping and the fold edges and a few minor closed tears; front panel lightly rubbed. Very good. A Robin Bishop mystery. From the Otto Penzler Collection of Mystery Fiction.
