Frontispiece and fifteen additional inserted leaves of plates; in-text illustrations. Publisher's full blue cloth, front and spine stamped in green. Original illustrated dust jacket printed in black on aqua paper. Top edge trimmed; others untrimmed. Spine slightly skewed; fairly mild shelf wear at extremities of binding; spine ends gently pushed; a bit of rubbing, soiling to boards. Normal age toning to edges and interior of text block; top edge a bit darkened. Minimal rubbing to exposed panels of jacket, with light wear to edges and folds; a tiny amount of fraying at spine ends; flaps clipped. Near fine.
