Publisher's red cloth, spine and front lettered in black; all text block edges trimmed; original dust jacket printed on yellow paper. Spine ends pushed; a handful of surface scratches to cloth at front and rear boards; corners bumped. Text block mildly tanned from age; minimal dust-soiling to top edge; a few specks of foxing to bottom edge; previous owner signature at front free endpaper; spine split between final leaf of text and rear free endpaper, but still sound. Some minor chipping to jacket at spine and flap fold ends; spine panel tanned just a shade; short split starting at bottom of rear panel fold, less than one inch; general mild rubbing and soiling to exposed panels; some small scratches at rear panel; creasing and wear along folds. Near fine book in a very good jacket.
