Hint of lean to spine; trace of shelf wear. Text block a bit yellowed with age; top and fore-edges foxed; faint dust-soiling to top edge. Overall mild rubbing to jacket, with a few specks of soiling at rear panel; spine panel slightly tanned; price-clipped. Near fine.

Publisher's one-quarter tan cloth over black paper-covered boards, spine lettered in black and red; fore-edge untrimmed; "Harper Novels of Suspense" endpapers; original illustrated dust jacket. Minimal shelf wear to binding. Text block faintly yellowed. Minor edge wear to jacket resulting in a handful of minuscule tears at head of rear panel, and one at foot. Near fine.
