Slight spine roll and one signature a bit proud from excess binding glue applied to spine, some rubbing and a small nick to top edge of rear cover, a bright, good or better copy. [and:] The Best of William Irish. Philadelphia and New York: J. B. Lippincott Company, n.d. [1960]. Writing as pseudonym "William Irish". Octavo, light blue green boards printed in dark green. Attractive private bookplate affixed to front paste-down. A fine copy in good or better dust jacket. with wear and and shallow chipping at edges, latter largely at spine ends, 20 x 15 mm v-chip from top edge of front panel, 20 mm closed tear to same, several nicks at top edge of rear panel, and some separation along front flap fold. The publisher's $3.45 printed price on the front flap is present.
