    Cornell Woolrich. A Young Man's Heart. New York: Mason Publishing Co., 1930. First edition. Octavo. 247, [1, blank] pages. Publisher's blue cloth, spine and front lettered in dark blue; top edge of text block trimmed and stained blue; original illustrated dust jacket. A bit of wear to extremities of binding; pale drip stain to rear board. Trace of foxing to endpapers; faint tidemark at rear pastedown. Text block slightly yellowed; topstain faded. Nicking at spine and flap fold ends of jacket; flaps appear to have been pasted to something else, both thinned with whitish residue or restorations; general tanning; rubbing, discoloration, and a bit of soiling to exposed panels. Very good book in a good jacket.
