More Information: Cornell Woolrich. A Young Man's Heart. New York: Mason Publishing Co., 1930. First edition. Octavo (7.4375 x 5.125 inches; 199 x 130 mm.). 247, [1, blank] pages. Publisher's blue cloth, spine and front board lettered and stamped in dark blue, mimicking the design of Woolrich's first novel, Cover Charge; top edge of the text block stained blue, others untrimmed; plain endpapers; in the original dust jacket, priced $2.00. Backstrip very slightly dulled; boards only slightly splayed; spine ends and corners with some trivial rubbing; spine ends tapped. Top stain a little pale, with some negligible minor stains; rear endpapers with a bit of foxing. Dust jacket edges a little worn, heaviest at the crown and edges of the folds, with several minor chips; a handful of small interior holes along the flap folds; insignificant staining just around the publisher's name on the spine panel; rear panel very lightly soiled. A near fine copy in a very good jacket, presents nicely. From the Otto Penzler Collection of Mystery Fiction.
