First edition of the fourteenth Nancy Drew mystery, signed by the author on title page: "Mildred Wirt Benson / also known as / Carolyn Keene / 2000-June 15." Octavo. iv, 217, [3, ad] pages. Frontispiece. Publisher's blue cloth, spine lettered in orange, front board lettered and decoratively stamped in orange; top edge stained orange; illustrated endpapers; in original dust jacket. Spine ends and corners very lightly worn. Early gift inscription; scant foxing to fore edge of first gathering. Dust jacket spine panel faintly dulled; edges lightly worn with small chip to foot of the spine; rear panel very lightly soiled. Near fine. From the KoKo Collection.
