Thirteen octavo volumes (8.25 x 5.5 inches; 208 x 140 mm.). Illustrated with photogravures, each volume including a frontispiece and illustration in two states, both colored and uncolored, with additional hand-coloring on limitation vignettes and titles. Repaired contemporary full brown morocco; boards decorated with elaborate repeating floral motif in gilt; spine in six compartments, titles in gilt on spine with floral motif; full morocco doublures with floral gilt border and seal in gilt on red morocco; marbled flyleaves; top edges gilt. Hinges repaired; corners and edges mildly worn; raised bands lightly rubbed; pages roughly opened; small modern bookplates applied to front flyleaves; spine title of Rodney Stone inked over in white, with some resulting stray ink markings.
