Publisher's full light blue cloth; front and spine lettered in orange; front stamped in blind with train ornament. Original illustrated dust jacket. Fore-edge untrimmed; others trimmed; top edge stained reddish-brown. Minimal shelf wear at extremities of binding; spine ends slightly pushed and softened; soft bumping to upper corners. Normal age toning to edges and interior of text block; staining a bit faded with small gouge toward spine; fore-edges of leaves a bit softened; bottom edge slightly rubbed with small spot-stain. One or two instances of marginal spot-soiling scattered throughout interior; some soft creasing at leaf corners. Spine panel of jacket just barely sunned; general mild toning; light rubbing at exposed panels. Near fine.
