Publisher's light brown cloth, front and spine lettered in dark blue, front stamped in dark blue with pyramid and sphinx device; fore-edge untrimmed, others trimmed, top edge stained light yellowish-green; original illustrated dust jacket. Slight discoloration to head of spine, foot of spine just a bit rumpled; trace of light rubbing to lettering at front board; minimal shelf wear along bottom edges. Typical age dulling to text block; some brown speckling and surface scuffing to top and bottom edges; endpapers rather discolored from binding process; occasional spot or two of marginal soiling. Exposed panels of jacket very lightly rubbed; soft vertical crease running length of spine panel, with some additional slight creasing at flap folds; flaps clipped; a touch of rubbing at verso. Near fine.
