Publisher's black quarter-cloth over reddish-orange paper-covered boards, spine lettered in white, in restored original dust jacket. Backstrip just faintly dulled; light wear to bottom edge; corners very softly bumped. Endpapers faintly discolored from binding glue with some minor foxing; pages browning but still supple. Dust jacket edges restored; light soiling to rear panel; verso faintly foxed. A near fine copy in a sophisticated dust jacket. Source material for Akira Kurosawa's High and Low.

Publisher's black paper-covered boards, spine lettered and stamped in silver, in original dust jacket. Spine ends and corners lightly worn. Hinges extended but still quite tight; faint marginal browning to text block. Dust jacket lightly rubbed; short closed tear to top edge of front panel; occasional minor edgewear; price-clipped. Near fine.
