    Monsieur de Pagés. Travels Round the World, in the Years 1767, 1768, 1769, 1770, 1771 ... Translated from the French ... Volume the First [- Third]. London: Printed for J. Murray, 1793, 1793, and 1792. Second edition, corrected and enlarged. One work in three octavo volumes. xx, 300; xii, 268; xxii, [2], 303 pages. Third volume with fold-out "Metereological Table of a Voyage towards the North Pole" at the front, usually bound in at end of the first volume. Bookseller's pencil note on front free endpaper reads: "Lacks frontispiece in Vol. I", although unable to locate a description of this edition which mentions one. Half calf over marbled paper covered boards with matching marbled endpapers, gilt lettered title labels and extra gilt decorations on spine. First volume fragile with front board coming loose (still attached to binding cords), front free endpaper and fly-leaf coming loose. Bindings rubbed and scuffed, lower right corner of second volume's front cover dented and darkened, joints cracked and starting; leather burn around edges of free endpapers from turn-ins, pages lightly cockled; some soiling and dampstaining on first and last leaves of each volume, including title pages; holograph pencil bookseller's notes on versos of first volume's free endpapers, few ink annotations in margins; otherwise in very good condition.
