    First edition of this dissertation nephritis. The author cites the work by Bright and Wilson, Wunderlich and may others. Ortille was chief of the medical clinic under Prof. Cazenneuve at Lille. The first part is devoted to detailed clinical observations; and the second part deals with physiological experiments relating to gases in the blood, etc.
