Single sheet, two pages (19.25 x 23.125 inches; 491 x 586 mm.). Colored, with text on verso. Split down middle at page fold mended; left and right margins extended; other, smaller tears repaired across surface of map. General age toning, mild discoloration. Faint soiling, mostly at margins. Very good. Nine views of major settlements across top of map; ten scenes along sides depicting natives of various regions. One of the most famous maps from the largest and most expensive atlas of the Dutch golden age of cartography.
