Publisher's printed paper wrappers. An early directory with complete information regarding all institutions (including religious, municipal, educational, etc.) and businesses in the region. Issued compliments of Gilbert D. Gray, Justice of the Peace, Notary Public and Pension Agent.

    The directory provides an extensive list of "...the varied industries and all necessary information relating to religious and educational institutions, secret societies, municipal and Territorial officers, etc." The folding map of Phoenix shows a detailed schematic of the layout of blocks and buildings in the city.

    Condition: Gentle wear and soiling on wrappers, otherwise very good.
