Based on an earlier map by Tilemann Stella. Original single-sheet map of the Holy Land (17.25 x 21.25 inches). Richly hand-colored. Hinge-mounted and matted. Edges toned and mildly worn; center fold reinforced at verso; inexpert repair to margin in lower left corner; scattered spots of foxing and soil. Very good. Latin text at verso.
