[vii], [1, blank], 137, [1, blank], [1, publisher's slug], [1, blank] pages. Publisher's dark blue cloth over beveled boards, spine lettered in gilt. Spine sunned; some rubbing and light wear to binding. Text a bit toned; a few gutters overopened. Very good.
