London: Bradbury & Evans, 1855. Early printing. Printed on rectos only. Folio. Half morocco over blue cloth with gilt spine titles. Rubbing to extremities. Light foxing throughout (much heavier to preliminary leaves). Very good. A humorous look at the vagaries of travel on the Continent during the middle of the 19th century, with two or more cartoon-like illustrations on each page with letterpress descriptions.
