Signed by the publisher. Incomplete set; twenty octavo volumes of twenty-two. Publisher's light brown cloth, edges untrimmed. Several leaves unopened. Boards somewhat rubbed and soiled, board edges lightly worn, spine ends a bit worn with minor loss, paper labels on spines mildly chipped. Page edges lightly toned, a few volumes with endpapers lightly foxed. Volume I: Nature Addresses Lectures has front joint starting. Volume VI: Conduct of Life both joints starting, small hole in front pastedown. The Journals Volumes I and II have front joints starting. A good set, with a nice overall appearance.
