[xii], [275], [1, blank], [4, ads] pages. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board and spine stamped in black and gilt, rear board stamped in black. Spine toned, front joint cracked, front hinge broken, rear hinge cracked, several leaves loose, binding heavily shaken. Fair. Housed in custom-built quarter morocco pull-off case.
