    Quarto. vi, 171 pages. Frontispiece portrait of author with facsimile signature. Quarter tan leather over brown cloth covered boards with leather title label on spine: "Lyrics/ by/ Joseph/ Skipsey." in gilt. Boards lightly rubbed, leather spine rubbed, scuffed, and lightly soiled; light bleedthrough on endpapers from leather turn-ins, small holograph pencil marks and annotations, occasional foxing; else in very good condition. From the William E. Fredeman Collection.

    More Information:

    An accompanying postcard from 1982 to Dr. Fredeman indicates six small holograph pencil corrections, which "appear to be in Skipsey's hand" and a few that are not.
