Publisher's green leather ruled in black with Thoreau's facsimilie signature stamped in black on front board, red leather spine label ruled and lettered in gilt, in original pine slipcase with mahogony ends. Backstrip very faintly dulled. Trace minor surface scratches to slipcase. Nearly fine.
