[iii]-x, [13]-312; [i]-iv, [5]-322 pages. Correct collation. Six inserted plates. Publisher's purplish-brown cloth, paneled in blind, fronts with central vignette in gilt. Spines stamped in blind and gilt. Original cream endpapers. Noticeable discoloration, staining and soiling to the binding. Both spines cocked and sunned. Ownership inscription to front free endpapers and flyleaves. Very occasional foxing and spotting of text. Bindings a bit shaken, with a few gatherings standing proud. A good, solid set of this important work.
