A Tale of the Riots of "Eighty" and Hard Times, Vol. II. London: Chapman & Hall, [n.d., circa 1880]. Two octavo volumes. Frontispieces and illustrated plates. Half-calf over pebbled cloth covered boards, five raised spine bands with gilt lettered title labels and floral devices in compartments, all edges marbled. Bindings rubbed and lightly soiled, corners bumped, small spine end leather tears. Volume II with cracked hinge, soiled title page and frontispiece. Endpaper discolorations, foxing to fly-leaves, some lighter foxing on few text pages, occasional minor smudging or soiling. Very good.
