Five raised bands. All edges marbled. Marbled endpapers. Minor wear to boards, with a few short lines of crazing to the spine leather. A couple of small bumps and rubbing to the edges and corners. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown. Minor scattered foxing to text and a few plates. Mostly, the plates are clean and bright. A wonderful copy in near fine condition.
