Red pebbled leather over boards with elaborate gilt stamped decorations and titles on spine and both boards, dentelles, reading ribbon, all edges gilt. Housed in a custom chamois lined red cloth slip case with leather rimmed edges along the open side. Binding rubbed, corner and edge bumps; cracked hinges, contemporary previous owner's holograph ink name on upper right corner of title page, foxing, and occasional soiling. Slipcase with edge wear. Very good.
