[iv], 324, [12, ads] pages. Bound in near contemporary half brown calf over marbled boards, spine ruled and lettered in gilt, marbled endleaves. Binding worn and chipped, hinges cracked, ownership signature on verso of front free endpaper, ink markings on title-page, some pencil notes, a few gutters cracking, first two leaves slightly loose. Still, a good example of this rare and amusing book. Housed in modern cloth clamshell case.
