Zane Grey. Blue Feather and Other Stories. New York: Harper & Brothers, [1961]. First edition. From the Zane Grey library owned by his son, Romer, with the embossed Zane Grey ownership stamp, and with a lengthy and emotional inscription by Romer.

Inscribed by Romer on the Front free endpaper: "For Margaret- Once we were one, and now you seem to want us two; but I cannot accept this, for you mean all the world to me. And whatever I have done, I shall undo... I pray you will say amen to this - and hope and wish for my success. I mean not only in the world, but in bringing us together like we were, only closer, if that would be possible. Romer". Octavo. [vi], 234 pages. Publisher's black cloth backstrip over blue cloth boards, front cover and spine stamped in gilt, dust jacket. Some rubbing and toning to jacket, mild rubbing to book. Near fine with an incredible inscription from Romer to his significant other at the time (inscription dated April 5, 1966).
