    William Butler Yeats. Reveries over Childhood and Youth. Churchtown: The Cuala Press, 1915. First edition, one of 425 numbered copies (this being copy number 364). Octavo. [x], [128], [4, blank] pages. With separate octavo portfolio of plates (three loose plates - one in color - and one loose leaf of text). Book and portfolio bound in quarter buckram over printed paper boards (book boards are gray, portfolio boards are light blue). Book's spine a bit toned, some offsetting to free endleaves, binder's ticket on front pastedown; portfolio rubbed and lightly soiled, plates and text leaf with some creasing at corners and very minor occasional soiling. Overall, a near fine copy. [Together with:] Elizabeth C. Yeats (1868-1940, co-founder of Cuala Press with her brother William Butler Yeats). Autograph Letter Signed. August 9, 1916. On Cuala Industries stationery. Approximately 5.25 x 8.25 inches. Written in ink on verso and recto. Sheet a bit toned, one vertical crease in center, else near fine. "Dear Sir- I have just received a note from Mrs. Sloan asking me to send you a copy of my brother's book "Reveries" and I am mailing it today - also she asks me to put you down for a copy of my father's book when we issue it - [overleaf] Thank you very much for both orders - I send you a few announcement cards in case you have friends who might be interested - I am always glad of new Subscribers to fill in the gaps of those who fall off - a great many of our Subscribers have taken every book we do. Yours Sincerely E. C. Yeats".
