Octavo (7.625 x 5 inches; 194 x 128 mm.). [2, blank], [viii], 413, [1, blank], [3, ads], [1, blank] pages. Publisher's light green cloth, spine lettered in white and stamped black, front board lettered in white and decoratively stamped in black and white. Spine gently leaning; backstrip very lightly rubbed; spine ends and corners lightly worn; decorative stamping somewhat worn on the front board. Very good.
