[2, blank], 21, [22], [4, blank] pages (note: first and last leaves glued to wrappers). Publisher's saddle-stitched binding in original oversized printed wrappers, flaps glued to first and last blanks (likely as issued). Wrappers lightly soiled with very faint marginal toning; rear wrapper with some minor offsetting (outlines from tape, probably from packaging or another volume). An excellent copy. Near fine. Queen's Quorum 73 ("If you agree that intolerance is the most heinous, the most despicable, of crimes, the we cannot overlook that remarkable store, Luigi of Catanzaro"). From the KoKo Collection.
