Bookplate signed by Heller laid in, along with a typed note signed and with manuscript addition by Heller. Octavo (8.25 x 5.5 inches; 211 x 140 mm.). [2, blank], 443, [3, blank] pages. Publisher's blue cloth with spine lettered in white. In original dust jacket. binding sunned at extremities; two shallow divots to rear board, near lower corner; endpapers mildly toned; touch of toning along top edge of text block. Dust jacket mildly shelfworn with touches of wear at corners and spine ends. Three closed tears, each approximately one-half inch or shorter to top edge of front panel with resulting creases (tape has been applied to one of these tears at recto and verso); top edge of spine panel torn, to which tape has been applied; top edge of spine panel shallowly chipped near rear joint with some resulting creasing; top edge of rear panel torn twice, approximately one-eighth inch each, with resulting creasing; front and rear panel rubbed. Very good in a good dust jacket.
