    Galley proofs: seven long folio sheets (approximately 21 x 8.5 inches), staple-bound at upper right corner, signed by the publisher in the upper right corner, rectos only, no other markings throughout. Position proofs (of the title-page and the first page of text and the facing illustration): approximately 9 x 12 inches, folded in center. [Together With]: a signed, limited first edition of this title, one of 90 copies signed by Updike and illustrator Barry Moser printed on Monadnock Dulcet paper and bound in wrappers. Octavo. Original string bound wrappers with lavender dust cover, front of dust cover lettered in gilt. Fine. An interesting package. From the collection of Alexander J. Jemal, Jr.
