Mild rubbing to dust jacket with a one-half-inch closed tear to top edge of rear panel. Near fine. [and:] London: Gollancz, 1959. First British edition, first printing. Signed by Updike on title page. Octavo. 185 pages. Publisher's cloth with light shelfwear and a slightly leaning spine. Moderate foxing to endpapers and page edges. Dust jacket with minor rubbing. Overall near fine.
