Publisher's light gray cloth, decoratively stamped in dark reddish brown, spine lettered in dark reddish brown; top edge stained yellow; in original dust jacket. Backstrip very faintly tanned; light discoloration to the rear joint; bottom corners with just a touch of wear. Text block just barely sagging; bottom corner of text bumped; short closed tear to bottom margin of leave with pages 529-530; endpapers discolored from binding glue with some adhesive residue to the front pastedown; Gotham Book Mart bookseller's ticket. Dust jacket spine panel faintly dulled; folds lightly worn (more so on the flap folds); short closed tear to upper edge of the rear panel with some light corresponding crimping; upper edges of flaps faintly tanned. Still, about near fine.
