Publisher's full blue cloth, spine lettered in silver, dust jacket. Jacket spine a bit toned, some light rubbing and edgewear to jacket edges (a few tiny tears), cloth spine barely sunned, some rubbing to binding. Some light foxing to the top of the text block. A fine copy with an excellent association. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
