Publisher's black cloth, front board and spine stamped in silver, dust jacket. Board edges slightly rubbed with a few bumps. Dust jacket price-clipped, panels rubbed, spine panel sun-faded, edges somewhat worn and chipped, open tear with loss on rear flap, verso repaired with tape on creases and edges. A very good copy. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
