Publisher's green cloth, front board stamped and lettered in blind, spine lettered in gilt, in original jacket. Small bumps to bottom edge, spine ends rubbed, corners bumped, text block edges dust-soiled. Hinges just barely starting. Jacket lightly browned at spine and front panel, only minor soiling. Very good. Currey, 421. Hammond A13. Wells 60. From the Larry McMurtry Collection of H. G. Wells, with McMurtry's bookplate.
