Publisher's bindings in original wrappers with matching designs; Colonial Library edition copies with pink wrappers printed in red, Empire Library edition copies with blue wrappers printed in dark blue. Inside wrapper covers and endpapers printed as publisher's catalog. Includes: The Food of the Gods. And How It Came to Earth. 1904. No. 485. [viii], 317, [1, blank], [2, advertisements] pages. Spine slightly leaning, backstrip and rear wrapper faintly darkened, corners bumped, some foxing. Very good. [and:] Kipps. The Story of a Simple Soul. 1905. No. 497. viii, 425, [3, blank] pages. Front joint split, spine ends chipped, gentle spine lean, wrappers light soiled with some faint marginal discoloration. Good. [and:] In the Days of the Comet. 1906. No. 524. viii, 305, [1, printer's imprint], [6, advertisements] pages. Wrappers soiled with some marginal darkening, backstrip sun-toned with vertical wrinkles, front joint starting, occasional over-opening. Good. [and:] Marriage. 1912. No. 599. Embossed presentation copy stamp to title page. [viii], 551, [1, blank] pages. Spine rolled, wrappers somewhat soiled and creased, some splitting to backstrip, edges worn. Good. [and:] The Wife of Sir Isaac Harman. 1914. No. 640. [2, blank], [vi], 465, [1, blank] pages. Wrappers creased with some curling at edges, light wear at and edges, backstrip very faintly faded, rear joint splitting at bottom end. Very good.
