Limited edition, number sixty-six of 1500 total copies, signed by the illustrator. [2, blank], [xiv], 395, [1, blank], [1, colophon], [3, blank] pages. Publisher's binding in original slipcase. Near fine with only the slightest rubbing, slipcase slightly sun-faded.
