    H. G. Wells. Group of Three First Edition Books with Typed Note Signed by Marjorie Wells. Published in London by Methuen and Co. Three octavo volumes. Publisher's bindings in original dust jackets. Includes: Brynhild. 1937. [2, blank], [x], 274, [1, blank], [1, printer's imprint] pages. Rear board gently bowed, faint dampstain to bottom of fore edge. Jacket tattered, with sizeable chips to crown, spine panel sunned. A nice copy in an inferior jacket, good overall. [and:] The Camford Visitation. [1937]. [2, blank], [vi], 75, [1, note] pages. Boards slightly splayed, edges and spine somewhat dulled. Jacket lightly rubbed with some soiling, spine and margins sunned, small dampstain to fore edge of rear flap. Very good. [and:] World Brain. [1938]. xvi, 130, [1, blank], [1, printer's imprint] pages. Gentle spine lean, spine ends dulled, edges rubbed. Jacket foxed and tattered with chipping at spine ends with some paper loss, occasional minor chips and small closed tears. Good overall. Typed note, signed, by Marjorie Wells addressed to a Mr. Lane laid in to World Brain, on Hanover Terrace stationary, dated June 10th, 1939.
