Octavo. [xii], 211 pages with eight pages of photographic plates, not reconciled with pagination. Publisher's quarter-cloth with orange backstrip over gray marbled paper boards, stamped and lettered in gilt, in original dust jacket. Rear board very slightly splayed, small white blemishes to front board near joint. Jacket edges and folds rubbed with occasional wear, price-clipped. Very good. Hanneman A31a.
