Includes an ALS, two sides of a small folded leaf from Millay dated "March 21, 1927." From the Estate of Rod McKuen.

    First edition. Inscribed by the author on front free endpaper: "For/ James B. and Lisa Mason [?]/ from/ Edna St. Vincent Millay/ February 26, 1927." Includes an ALS, two sides of a small folded leaf from Millay dated "March 21, 1927" to "Mr. Mason [?]". Book in worn price clipped dust jacket, front panel separate from spine. Letter with small fold separations. Very good.

    132 pages. Publisher's cloth in original dust jacket. Small stain on the dust jacket's front panel, corresponding to a stain on the book's front board. Very light rubbing to boards, small holograph pencil bookseller's marks on rear pastedown; price clipped dust jacket, front panel separate from spine, edge wear with chips, minor paper loss at head of spine, lightly age toned around edges.

    The signed autograph letter is two sides folded in quarters. It has light edge wear, small corner bends, fold wear with small fold separations at outer edges; otherwise in very good condition.
