Octavo. 161 pages. With several illustrated plates by James Montogmery Flagg inserted throughout. Publisher's full blue cloth, front board stamped in blind and lettered in gilt, spine lettered in gilt, dust jacket. Jacket spine a bit thumbsoiled, some edgewear and a few small chips, some thumbsoiling to jacket panels, cloth spine a bit dull and rubbed, mild soiling to rear board. A bit skewed. Still, a near fine copy. From the collection of Donald Kaufmann.
