    Octavo. [vii], [401], [1, blank] pages. Publisher's first issue binding of full red cloth, front cover and spine lettered in gilt, front cover double-ruled in blind, spine ruled in gilt, with no acorn device on spine. In later A. L. Burt dust jacket. Jacket sunned, worn and soiled, jacket spine chipped at headcap and tailcap (tailcap appears to have been trimmed off), binding worn and soiled, hinges cracking, text soiled, many pages creased at upper corner, page 181 nearly detached. Shaken. Fair only.
