[xiv], 609, [1, blank] pages. With forty-three plates, including frontispiece and engraved title-page. Bound without half-title. Mixed state of plates. Bound to style in full modern beige calf, boards decoratively ruled in gilt and brown and with brown gilt morocco cornerpieces, spine ruled in gilt and tooled in brown in compartments, four raised bands, brown gilt morocco lettering labels, marbled endleaves. Some foxing, toning, wear in text, plates browned and foxed. Still, a good copy. Housed in custom-built brown cloth clamshell case. Smith I, pp. 18-27.
